What is a Kambo Microdose - While there is no standard number of points that is considered a microdose for Kambo, I administer 1 small Kambo point as a microdose. For this method, you don't need to drink lots of water and it is unlikely that you will purge (However, it is possible). Fasting for about two hours before microdosing is sufficient. The session is approximately 20-30 minutes.
 
Benefits - Not only will you get very low dose of the beneficial peptides in Kambo, microdosing it is a great way to connect with the spirit of the medicine, come into your body, feel the uncomfortable sensations (increased heart rate, flushed skin, mild nausea), become aware of your mind's chatter and practice stillness.
If you are new to Kambo, this can be a great way to introduce yourself to it before doing a full ceremony.

Healing Sound Journey - My dear friend Heather will be sharing her magic with us during our meditation with Kambo. Her music will support us to be still, feel deeply, observe our thoughts and move energy the way it needs to through and between us.
 
Sharing Circle - Once the Kambo has been removed, I will dress the gates with Dragon's Blood to prevent any infections. We will then share our experiences in a sharing circle. Some fresh fruits and warm tea from Integration Herbals will be served during the circle.
 
Exchange - The exchange is on a sliding scale of $65 - $75. You can choose whichever option you can afford and feel called to. There are no refunds.
